Preparing for Your Session
Perhaps you're experiencing a recurring pattern, navigating a relationship challenge or life transition, or simply sensing that there's more to discover about yourself.
Whatever has brought you here—curiosity, a recommendation, or your own inner knowing—you don't need to have everything figured out. Simply bring your intention, your curiosity, and a willingness to explore.
Before your session, you may wish to reflect on what is asking for your attention—relationships, family patterns, work, purpose, well-being, creativity, or your spiritual journey.
You may also bring a few questions. Open-ended questions beginning with how or what can invite deeper exploration and broaden your awareness of yourself and the possibilities within your life.
The Records meet you where you are.
What to Expect During Your Session
Every session is unique.
We begin with a brief guided meditation followed by a sacred opening prayer that opens the gateway to your Akashic Records.
From this quiet space, I listen deeply and share what your Records reveal. Together, we explore the beliefs, patterns, experiences, and energetic influences that may be shaping your life.
An important part of this work may involve engaging with unresolved energies associated with past experiences, allowing them to be met with awareness and compassion rather than resistance or judgment.
My role is to guide and facilitate, not to direct your choices. Whatever arises can be explored with curiosity, compassion, and allowing.
Nothing is forced. Nothing needs to be fixed.
As awareness deepens and familiar patterns are experienced differently, greater freedom and choice may become possible. Self-judgment can soften, and the wisdom already within you may find fuller expression in your everyday life.
After Your Session
The session may end, but the experience can continue to unfold.
New awareness may arise through everyday experiences, dreams, synchronicities, or quiet moments of reflection.
There is nothing to force. You may feel drawn to rest, spend time in nature, journal, meditate, or simply notice what arises in its own time.
What comes into awareness can gradually influence how you live, make choices, and relate to yourself and others.
This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about living more fully from the wisdom already within you.

Family Akashic Record Sessions
Families are among our greatest teachers—and the source of some of life's deepest joys and challenges.
Even with love and the best of intentions, families can become caught in patterns of conflict, misunderstanding, distance, or emotional pain. These patterns may extend across generations and, from the perspective of the Akashic Records, across lifetimes.
A Family Akashic Record session offers a compassionate space to explore the deeper dynamics influencing family relationships.
The work is not about deciding who is right or wrong, or fixing anyone. It is about bringing greater awareness, allowing, and compassion to the family experience.
As long-held patterns and their underlying energetic influences are explored, new possibilities for understanding, connection, and relating to one another may emerge.
Every family is unique, and every session unfolds in its own way.
Sometimes a small shift in awareness can open the way for something new.
Before scheduling a family session, I ask that at least one family member has previously had an individual Akashic Record session with me.
Children and Youth Sessions
As parents, we sometimes sense that our children are experiencing something they cannot yet understand or express.
Children can be deeply sensitive to the emotions, experiences, and family patterns around them.
An Akashic Record session offers a gentle, compassionate opportunity to explore these deeper influences and bring them into greater awareness.
Sessions are available for children and youth under 18 with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Sessions may be held in person, by phone, or online. Each session is recorded so parents can share it with their child when and in whatever way feels most appropriate.
Every child is unique. Nothing is forced, and nothing needs to be fixed.
The intention is to honor each child for who they already are, while creating space for their innate wisdom to find fuller expression.
Before scheduling a session for a child or youth, I ask that at least one family member has previously had an individual Akashic Record session with me.
Scheduling Your Session

Sessions are available by phone, by video from anywhere in the world, or in person in the Washington, DC area.

Each session is recorded and emailed to you so you can revisit it whenever you wish.

For phone sessions within the United States, a toll-free number is available. For video sessions, I'll send you a link beforehand.

Sessions are $90 for 30 minutes or $175 for 60 minutes.

Payment may be made by check, PayPal, PayPal.Me, Venmo, Zelle, or cash for in-person sessions.
When you're ready, I invite you to schedule a session.
Bring your intention. Bring your curiosity. Allow yourself to explore what greater awareness may reveal.
Your past is part of your journey. It does not need to determine your future.
Akashic Record Group Workshops
For more than a decade, I have facilitated intimate Akashic Record workshops for small groups of up to eight participants, both in person and online.
Each gathering begins with an introduction to the Akashic Records and the experience of exploring them together. Every participant receives a personal mini-session within the shared setting of the group.
The experience often extends beyond each individual's session. A question, pattern, or insight that arises for one person may resonate with another, awakening unexpected awareness and possibilities within their own life.
In this way, participants benefit not only from their personal exploration but also from witnessing the experiences of others.
As the gathering unfolds, the collective energy can deepen, creating a shared space for curiosity, awareness, allowing, and compassion.
